The Senior Business Development team oversees all regional business development contained within their hemispheric coverage area. Their vast experience ensures both mentoring to the Business Development team internationally and continuous growth and development of the company.
Mr. David Warnes joined FourQuest in Dubai in March 2011 from a major multinational Service Company where he was the Regional Business Development Manager for Russia and the Former Soviet Union. Prior to this he was employed with another multinational Company for a total of 32 years. During this period he initially worked in their Coiled Tubing and Well Stimulation division and then moved to the Process and Pipeline Division where, in 1978, he was instrumental in developing the industry standard nitrogen / helium leak detection services in the North Sea. David’s management experience in the UK and internationally includes, Manager Southern North Sea and Continental Europe, Operations / Sales Manager Asia Pacific, Regional Manager (North Sea, Scandinavia, Russia / FSU and East Coast of Canada), Regional Manager Pipeline and Process Operations Asia Pacific and Global Business Development Manager for Specialist Pumping Operations and Enhanced Oil Recovery Operations.
