David J. Warnes
Business Development Manager, Eastern Hemisphere:
Mr. David Warnes joined FourQuest in Dubai in March 2011 from a major multinational service company, where he was the Regional Business Development Manager for Russia and the former Soviet Union. Prior to that, he was employed with another multinational company for 32 years. During that time, he initially worked in their coiled tubing and well stimulation division, later moving to the process and pipeline division, where—in 1978—he was instrumental in developing the industry standard nitrogen/helium leak detection services in the North Sea. Mr. Warnes’ management experience in the UK and internationally includes: Manager, Southern North Sea and Continental Europe; Operations/Sales Manager, Asia Pacific; Regional Manager, North Sea, Scandinavia, Russia/FSU, and East Coast of Canada; Regional Manager, Pipeline and Process Operations, Asia Pacific; and Global Business Development Manager for specialist pumping operations and enhanced oil recovery operations.
