Summary: Provide the overall direction of FourQuest Energy HSE Program to ensure that all department leadership have the ability to properly implement and maintain a proactive safety culture.  In this hands-on role (field 60% and office 40%), you develop, administer and implement company-wide HSE programs for Canada. Provide support for the safety requirements of significant projects, shop facilities and office environment, train managers and employees in safety management best practices, behavioral based safety program and a proactive approach to health & safety.

Education and Experience

  • College Diploma or University Degree in Health & Safety or equivalent experience.
  • Professional designation NCSO &/or CRSP.
  • C.O.R Auditor.
  • Certifications – PST or CSTS, First Aid, WHMIS, H2S
  • 5+ years’ experience in HSE in an industrial environment (energy, oil & gas) with a combination of field work and office.
  • 5+ years’ experience demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Occupational Health & Safety and WCB legislation.
  • Demonstrated success using a consultative approach is HSE awareness, education and training.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
