• Plan and execute hydrostatic testing activities including filling, pressurization, strength testing, leak testing, and depressurization.
• Ensure accurate data capture, pressure charts, test records, and final documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, clients, and other disciplines during execution.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and problem-solving during field execution.
• Ensure all work complies with approved permits, procedures, and safety requirements.

Technical Scope of Work

• Chemical cleaning of vessels, exchangers, piping, and process systems
• High pressure water jetting and hydroblasting (typically 5,000 – 40,000 PSI)
• System flushing, filtration, drying, and preservation
• Hydrostatic testing of pipelines, vessels, and systems
• Review of P&IDs, isometrics, test limits, and system boundaries

Safety and Quality Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all field activities.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and client requirements.
• Participate in and lead hazard assessments, FLHAs, and toolbox talks.
• Verify isolation, lockout/tagout, confined space, and pressure control requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Engineering degree or technical diploma with relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in chemical cleaning, high pressure cleaning, and/or hydrotesting.
• Strong understanding of pressure testing principles, system integrity, and cleaning methodologies.
• Experience working on industrial facilities, pipelines, and turnaround projects.

Preferred Training and Certifications

Work Environment and Conditions
