To help you define your career plan and support your development, you will have an annual performance assessment. This is a tool to help manage and structure a discussion between you and your manager on the business and your personal development targets. Your personal development plan is designed to give a clear line of sight between overall business objectives and your individual contribution. It is also a support for dialogue with your manager to ensure that you get the feedback you need to succeed in reaching your goals.

Our engineering team supports field operations by designing and writing field execution procedures and acts as a technical resource on-site during the execution of our service lines. In addition, the team is responsible for researching new products, services, and methods. The engineering department seeks energetic individuals who are capable of translating unique solutions from office design to efficient field execution.

Our talented sales and business development team works daily with our clients to determine their specific needs and requirements. They develop unique, effective client and industry solutions, and with those solutions in mind, they create execution plans, taking resources, availability, and the client’s schedule into consideration. Our sales and business development team’s winning attitude and impressive skill set make them an industry leader. Our Human Resources department is focused on developing collaborative processes to foster learning, dialogue and innovation.  Employees and leaders are supported with strategic services that range from talent acquisition, career and professional development, training, performance management, process improvement, workforce management, employee relations, compensation and benefits and much more.  Our challenging growth oriented environment prepares employees for career advancement.

Our training department is committed to providing high-quality, effective training and development for our employees around the world. Our experienced trainers—located at each of our operating regions—are capable of tailoring training needs to suit each individual through the LearnQuest employee training and development program.

Our finance team performs financial analysis, consulting, and reporting to drive improvement while executing our fiduciary responsibilities. Finance seeks exceptional talent who will learn new businesses, develop partnerships with our clients, and provide financial leadership to all levels of our company.

Our marketing team is responsible for developing and implementing high impact marketing strategies and programs for our services in order to strengthen our global brand and meet our financial and growth objectives.

Our IT professionals lead the effort to standardize and globalize IT solutions in support of standard business processes. They deploy and support hardware and software applications while providing telecommunication, web services, and all necessary IT solutions needed to support business functions.  The aim is to streamline operations, improve efficiency, reduce costs, maximize profits, and minimize waste to improve overall productivity. This allows FourQuest Energy to focus on providing the best continued support and service to clients and key partners.
