Manage the logistics on the job including labor, equipment, customer relations, billing, safety and compliance. Provide chemical cleaning technical guidance and support to Field Technicians. Provide mentoring and coaching through on the job training and experience to increase their knowledge and abilities as well as review completed work. Ongoing communication with the client building relationships and overseeing jobs on site.
Key Accountabilities
Supervise and oversee chemical cleaning projects and employees on job sites.
Provide hands on technical training as it relates to the company’s services.
Keep records and prepare reports about service operations. I.E. vehicle logs, driver logs, services logs, etc…
Assist in the development of field procedures with Field and Project Engineers.
Prepare trucks, equipment, materials and supplies needed per job.
Deliver equipment and materials to job sites. Assist and guide others in equipment set up.
Service, maintain and troubleshoot equipment.
Participate in and lead shift tool box meetings.
Participate in and maintain Field Level Risk Assessment (FLRA’s).
Ensure that all Health & Safety policies and practices are adhered to.
All tasks to be completed safely and effectively to FourQuest’s Behavioral Based Safety program.
Education and Experience
Understanding of the execution of Chemical Cleaning services.
Knowledge of pre-commissioning or pipeline services activities a bonus.
Class 5 license with a clean driver abstract.
Class 1 &/or 3 driver license with off road experience and mechanical aptitude is an asset.
Required oilfield tickets include WHMIS, TDG, H2S Alive and First Aid
