The experienced field supervisor is responsible for the planning, execution, technical oversight, safety and compliance of oil flushing. Provide oil flushing technical guidance and support to Field Technicians. Provide mentoring and coaching through on the job training and experience to increase their knowledge and abilities as well as review completed work. Ongoing communication with the client building relationships and overseeing jobs on site.
Key Accountabilities
Supervise and oversee oil flushing projects and employees on job sites.
Provide hands on technical training as it relates to the company’s services.
Keep records and prepare reports about service operations. I.E. daily progress reports, personnel, equipment & consumable reports, etc…
Assist in the development of field procedures with Field and Project Engineers.
Prepare equipment, materials and supplies needed per job.
Receive equipment and materials at job sites.
Assist and guide others in equipment set up.
Service, maintain and troubleshoot equipment.
Participate in and lead shift tool box meetings and shift handovers.
Participate in and maintain Field Level Risk Assessment (FLRA’s).
Ensure that all Health & Safety policies and practices are adhered to.
All tasks to be completed safely and effectively to FourQuest’s Behavioral Based Safety program.
Education and Experience
Minimum 5 years experience at supervisor level
Understanding of the execution of oil flushing services.
Knowledge of pre-commissioning, process & pipeline services.
Mechanical aptitude is an asset.
Required valid OGUK medical, OPITO BOSIET & H2S
