FourQuest Energy Inc. Divests Canadian Nitrogen Services Business to Air Liquide Canada Inc.

Transaction sharpens FourQuest’s focus on core pre-commissioning and industrial service portfolio while preserving Canadian footprint.

Edmonton, Alberta — August 14, 2025 — FourQuest Energy Inc. (“FourQuest”) today announced it has reached a definitive agreement to sell its Alberta-based Nitrogen Services business to Air Liquide Canada Inc., a subsidiary of the Paris-headquartered global industrial-gases group Air Liquide. The divestiture applies solely to certain Canadian operations; FourQuest will continue to provide nitrogen solutions in other markets where it operates.

The divestiture sharpens FourQuest’s focus on its core pre‑commissioning, pipeline, chemical cleaning and other industrial services while simultaneously advancing the company’s global strategy to deliver these best‑in‑class solutions to major energy‑infrastructure, petrochemical, power and mining projects worldwide.

FourQuest remains headquartered in Edmonton and continues to serve Canadian customers with our full suite of other services including tank cleaning, heat exchanger cleaning, chemical cleaning, steam and air blowing, oil flushing, and a comprehensive range of pipeline services.
